About Troop 473
We are located in the CHOWANOC District of the Tidewater Council BSA, in
Virginia Beach, VA. Together with our partner units, Cub Scout Pack 473 and Cub Scout Pack 374, we provide Scouting
programs to youth in the Virginia Beach Courthouse area.
Troop 473 meets at Courthouse Community United Methodist Church, every Monday
night 7 - 8:30 PM. If there is a school holiday,
the troop does not have a meeting. The troop meets weekly through-out the summer at various locations.
Troop 473 has a full camping program; we camp 12 months of the year; resident
camp fulfills that month's camping.
